Restoration Specialists designed this bar to hide two structural columns as part of a basement finishing project. The custom cabinetry spans the length of two unsightly columns and we custom-built wooden columns to wrap the visible portion from the top of the bar to the ceiling.

We also performed all of the finish work in this basement, including trim, chair rails, baseboard moldings, wainscoting, installation of bi-fold doors shown behind the bar (above left) and painting.

This kitchen hadn't been painted in almost ten years and needed a bit of life. Restoration Specialists brought it from pale yellow to a rich Cinnibar red, added some shelves for spices and decor and revived this old kitchen.

When these kitchen walls were painted Cinnibar red, the cabinets needed to be updated with an equally rich color. Restoration Specialists painted the off-white cabinets a Lion's Mane yellow, and to give it some old-world charm, antiqued them with an off-white glaze. The result; a warm, inviting space for years to come.

Our customer wanted their dark cabinets refinished with a lighter, antiqued paint, with beautiful results.
